Animal station terms and conditions

Before the stay

An initial checkup with us is necessary if you haven't boarded with us before, at least 10 days before your planned stay. Please ensure to notify your veterinarian that it is a checkup for your pet's stay in our boarding facility. If your pet needs to take certain medications, please inform our vet during your appointment.

What should I bring

Please bring enough pet food with you for your pet's entire stay. If you have not brought enough pet food, we will provide our own pet food and charge for it. We provide high-quality veterinary pet food.

You can also generally purchase pet food from us. This must be registered in advance to ensure that the correct pet food is in stock.

Check-in and check-out times

Check-ins: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m

Check-outs: 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m

Check-in and check-out outside these times are not possible as this leads to a significant interruption to the practice. Check-in or check-out is not possible on weekends and public holidays.

During the stay

If parasites (internal and external) are detected during your stay, your animal will be treated immediately. The animal owner bears the costs.

Any animal that falls ill during their stay will receive immediate veterinary care. The pet owner will then be notified immediately. It is therefore essential that emergency contact details are provided.

If regular treatments or medications are necessary, this must be documented in the “Treatment Plan” form. If necessary also which at which time the medication has to be given. If your animal needs treatment or medication, this needs to be discussed in advance with one of our veterinarians.

We assume no liability if your animal destroys the items it has brought with it (such as a dog bed).
