During the stay

If parasites (internal and external) are detected during your stay, your animal will be treated immediately. The animal owner bears the costs.

Any animal that falls ill during their stay will receive immediate veterinary care. The pet owner will then be notified immediately. It is therefore essential that emergency contact details are provided.

If regular treatments or medications are necessary, this must be documented in the “Treatment Plan” form. If necessary also which at which time the medication has to be given. If your animal needs treatment or medication, this needs to be discussed in advance with one of our veterinarians.
